Mike started the company nearly four decades ago and like every true entrepreneur, wore many hats and handled every role in the company. His hands-on approach gave him a deep understanding of the challenges each team member faces,—whether in manufacturing, quality inspection, engineering, supply chain/logistics, or beyond.
